Thank you. I so appreciate you sharing your perspective. I live in Bohemia and I have come to understand the dynamics of this much better. I appreciate the perspective of my Czech friends for their knowing from generations of experience these things. Still absent is a distinct sense of optimism and inner knowing that each in their own way has the power to make the necessary changes. More importantly, I would like to share with everyone THE MOST IMPORTANT LESSON OF MY LIFE WHICH I learned here . . .BE PRESENT. LIVE IN THE PRESENT. NOT THE PAST. NOT THE FUTURE. EVERY DAY IS A GIFT AND INDEED EVERY MOMENT IF A GIFT OF TIME ON THIS EARTH WALK. I cannot say how easy this will be for Americans because we have been conditioned to live in the future - work work work your whole life so when you retire you can finally live the life you want on your own terms. Really quite sad. Indeed it has taken me almost these 30 years to truly live in the present. But first you must have that intention. Ask your higher self for guidance. BREATHE DEEPLY. USE THIS AS A TOOL TO CALM THE MONKEY BRAIN. IF YOUR LIFE IS NOT IN IMMEDIATE DANGER, DO NOT FEAR. By sharing these lessons It is my dearest wish that we will all rise together to create a world we can be very proud to pass on to our grand children. Be kind. BREATHE.
I don’t think I’m being naive. I live in a post socialist country which means, some old habits die hard. I have the benefit of discussing all this with ppl who lived it for generations and who can share insights about these dynamics westerners would never see or understand. Just saying
Bless her!
