What do you mean when you say that the original day is in March?
Just realized something - I’ve lived in the same neighborhood my whole life (in a very liberal city) and every Tuesday at noon for as long as I can remember, you would hear the old timey speakers from high up on poles say “This is a test of the _____ broadcast system. This is only a test.” Then seems like in the last year or so I remember reading they were being stopped for ‘maintenance’ or something and also remember a a story about needing to protect hawks that were nesting in them. Realized I haven’t heard it again at least since the pandemic.
The only slightly rational reason would be so he can’t run again in 24. But that’s not what’s going on - they’re talking about it much more urgently.
