I don't care anything about you if you can do the job. And I thought this was the conservative way.

If you hate affirmative action on the premise that performance is most important, then how does that not apply here? I've seen some lazy and poor performing flat slob recruits in my time. If recruit does the job you shouldn't care what their gender is.
