So I was watching the live a few minutes ago and they just announced this. It was expected and I'm not surprised at all.

What's really interesting is the words our Prime Minister used to describe the situation. What I noted :

*"As politicians/experts/citizens, we always try to make Plans. But this virus, the covid virus, likes to Counter those Plans (...)" * and he kept going with the usual political bullshit.

Well, I find this choice of words interesting, but maybe that's a stretch ?
