Everyone one of his predictions was incorrect, yet he shamelessly posts more and his followers rationalize it away - since Q posted more bs, it must be that the previous failed prediction had missing or intentionally misleading information, or another layer of cryptic meaning, as part of some elaborate plot.
How about Occam's razor: Q's predictions don't materialize because he is a larper and Trump is, and has been since day one, fucked.
