So I've got a hypothetical from my understanding of this situation. Suppose a person wanted to get the shot, but they wanted the FDA approval that Comirnaty provides. If one were to fly outside the US where they do seem to have Comirnaty available and receive the shot. If adverse reactions happen are they still immune under that set of circumstances or does that act as a means of forcing liability?
