What I'm looking for specifically is where he somewhat out-of-nowhere very agressively says the words "shot", in the context of 'giving every American family a [fair] shot'. Something along those lines.
I remember hearing it and thinking to myself at the time that it was so odd that it seemed like an overtly coded message. Now it makes all the difference in the world.
