I post here from time to time with prayer requests and updates on the work I have been doing to fight government corruption in the State of California, so I wanted to share that all the prayers are working! Yes, it was a small victory, but the little victories add up and gain momentum. Each victory is an affirmation that God wins in the end.

California's income tax agency has been paying NGOs to help illegal aliens get tax identification numbers and file tax returns. Their San Diego NGO has had many allegations of staff sexually assaulting the clients over the last year and a half. The San Diego NGO was scheduled to host a "tacos and taxes" event this Saturday, March 14.

I have given her 10 (ten) business days to stop paying them and 30 (thirty) days to claw back all funds previously paid. Failure to do so will result in legal action by “we the people.” I’ll update if she responds.

Meanwhile, since 70% of State Senators didn’t sign oaths, there weren’t enough State Senators to form a quorum. That means that no session of Senate last year or so far this year was lawful, and therefore, no legislation passed in that timeframe has legal standing.

This episode gets into the IMF setting up an "anticorruption" force called NABU that was basically the Ukranian version of the FBI. It was headed by Viktor Shokin, who was fired for investigating the Burisma corruption (Hunter Biden was on Burisma's board and Joe Biden personally coerced Ukraine to fire Shokin for investigating his son. Details in Part 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7UDYij8K7do). It was so densely packed with information that I had to watch it twice to absorb it all. 

The reason given for the firing was not prosecuting a particular case that apparently there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute. Paul Manafort was involved in that, and the video goes into how this tied into USAID's manufacturing othe fake Russiagate scandal. 

After that, NABU was hijacked. The US FBI was permanently embedded into NABU. 

Laws were passed to weaken the agency. The Ukranian people protested, wanting the Ukranian government to control NABU, not the US. The laws were repealed. 

NABU became controlled by outside influences and a mechanism for legalizing assets for corrupt top officials. They go into the money for the war, in the energy sector, and in aid that couldn't be traced.

I was amazed at Washington's foresight, warning about what terrible things could happen if we strayed from the founding principals. Here is a paraphrase of some of the things that he warned us about that has happened:

Paragraph 23 - Political parties create division and conflict. They make government weak and cause people to fight each other.

Paragraph 27 - A moral and religious foundation is necessary for a successful and free government. These values support justice and law.

Paragraph 30 - Keep the country financially strong. Don’t spend too much money as it will require too much taxation on the people. Don't pass on debt to future generations. Pay off what we owe.

Paragraph: 31 - America should not take sides in European conflicts. Stay neutral and only form temporary alliances in emergencies.

There are also many international law firms, corporations, and money management and technology firms pumping millions of dollars into, and otherwise supporting, the indoctrination of society with gender ideology.

These funders often go through anonymous funding organizations such as Tides Foundation, founded and operated by Drummond Pike, another gay man invested in LGBTQI+ rights. Large corporations, philanthropists, and organizations can send enormous sums of money to the Tides Foundation, specify the direction the funds are to go, and have the funds get to their destination anonymously. Tides Foundation creates a legal firewall and tax shelter for foundations and funds political campaigns, often using legally dubious tactics.

Soros and Gill are two major gender industry funders who generated millions of dollars to get Obama elected, and Stryker was one of the top five contributors to Obama’s campaign. Under Obama and President George W. Bush, the federal government also funded the Tides Foundation with $82.7 million, which in turn donated $47.2 million to LGBTQ issues over the last two decades."

Model charged with murder in connection with ambush-style shooting near UTC high rise.

Vanessa Gurrola pleaded not guilty on Monday to murder in the death of Christian Espinoza Silver

A social media influencer and model has been charged with murder in connection with an ambush-style shooting that killed a Mexican national as he entered the parking garage of an upscale University City apartment complex last year, according to a complaint filed in San Diego Superior Court.

Vanessa Gurrola, 32, was arrested by San Diego police on Oct. 9 and pleaded not guilty on Monday to murder in the death of Christian Espinoza Silver, according to a spokesperson for the District Attorney’s Office. She is being held in Las Colinas Detention Facility in Santee without bail, and her next court appearance is set for next week.

Espinoza, 35, was fatally shot on Feb. 17, 2024, while entering the garage of Palisade UTC at Nobel Drive and Lombard Place in a BMW vehicle. A second passenger, an unidentified 39-year-old man, was wounded in the attack.

Investigators at the time described the shooter as male, saying that a gunman approached the car and opened fire. The shooter, described as wearing a camouflage jacket, black pants and a black backpack, then fled the scene.

Sources said at the time that the shooting was believed to be linked to a remnant cell of the Arellano Félix Organization, one of the drug groups fighting for control of Baja California.

Espinoza, also known as “El Chato,” was believed to be an associate of Edwin Huerta Nuño, also known as “El Flaquito,” who was arrested in Tijuana in June, Mexican officials said.

In August, Huerta Nuño was extradited to San Diego and indicted on federal charges related to the importation and distribution of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine, as well as money laundering.

Several Mexican media outlets reported that Gurrola is a former beauty queen from the Mexican state of Sinaloa. An Instagram account with her name has 1.4 million followers.

San Diego police did not answer questions Friday about Gurrola’s arrest. No further information was released about the case.

TLDR: I believe that Ms. Yee is genuinely committed to her ideology, which includes opacity about government spending, increasing government authoritarianism, eliminating constituent’s rights, increasing social welfare programs that are questionable in terms of being ethical and lawful, rewarding corruption and unlawfully overcharging taxpayers. Here are a few of the things she has done over the years that have caused me to form this opinion:

1. When Betty Yee was State Controller, she stated in court that she wasn’t tracking how she was spending California’s money.

2. Betty Yee was made it expensive and difficult to dispute tax liabilities/improperly imposed penalties, which is essentially a deprivation of our taxpayer rights.

3. Yvette Stowers stated that when Betty Yee was State Controller, Yee had pushed for tax credits for low-income people and an “education” program alert low-income people about these tax credits. The “education” program appears to be a cover for a scheme to funnel money to NGOs to track and register undocumented migrants for social services, including free healthcare through Covered California. Anyone signed up for Covered California is mailed a voter registration card.

4. It appears that Betty Yee committed pension fraud to reward one of her underlings who got caught committing crimes under her authority.

5. Betty Yee knowingly allowed FTB to violate multiple laws in order to fraudulently impose tax penalties. And remember point #2, that she made it unduly burdensome to dispute those fraudulently imposed penalties.

6. Since leaving official government work, she has been working for the California Democratic Party and the Democratic National Committee. One of her job duties was to coordinate “Tesla Take-Down” Protests in California.

7. Betty Yee is married to a Jewish rabbi, who was apparently influential behind the scenes in her work.

8. Betty Yee has stated that she feels strongly that she needs to serve to help California and the world – but what does “help” mean?... she wanted to see more types of taxes implemented. Californians already pay the highest state taxes in the entire country – and she wants to add more!... she believes is “the highest” customer service: Accounting fraud in order to overcharge lawful taxpayers and run secret off-the-books spending accounts, accompanied by a systematic violation of rights in order to cover the exploitation of constituents.

In summary, I believe that if he is elected Governor, Betty Yee will continue this pattern of unethical behavior in order to accomplish her ideological objectives. As discussed in points #1 – #5 above, this is how we can expect Betty Yee to behave as Governor:

Opacity in how the government operates, including hiding how money is spent (point #1) Allowing and covering up accounting fraud, including temporarily embezzling money to fund off-the-books spending accounts and to falsely impose penalties, interest and fees (points #1 and #5) Squashing constitutional rights in order to protect the accounting fraud schemes and unlawfully imposed tax liabilities (point #2) Running social welfare programs that are ethically and lawfully questionable (point #3) Financially rewarding the people who cover up accounting fraud (point #4) Creating political strife to try to stop transparency in government spending (point #6)

In 2008, California’s income tax agency, the Franchise Tax Board (FTB), started regularly “losing” my estimated tax payments, then charged me penalties for “paying late.” In 2016, I realized I had been ensnared in an embezzlement and racketeering scheme. I contacted every regulator I could think of with the hard proof that I had procured in court – none would do anything to stop the crimes against constituents. Prayer Request: During my court case, I realized that since FTB had the legal and legislative system completely rigged, the only way for change to happen would be to get the employees to stop complying. My prayer request is that FTB staff will refuse to comply with unlawful and unethical behavior anymore; that FTB completely collapses from the inside.

The second speech was about a program FTB runs. They pay NGOs $10 million to hunt down people who don’t make enough money to be required to file a tax return. The NGOs try to convince them to file a return. Their primary target is undocumented migrants. That program is shady on so many levels. I wanted to make a 5.5 minute speech where I called out a portion of the corruption that I’ve uncovered in connection to this program. AB144 was rammed through last week, where they skipped some of the normal steps between bill introduction and it becoming a law. Newsom signed it into law yesterday.

California's vaccine recommendations are more aggressive than the federal government's.

The only (slightly) bright spot was that they had mandated the Gardasil HPV vaccine for all 8th graders, but they succumbed to pressure and took that clause out. The HPV vaccine is still "strongly recommended."

Chinese firms with ties to the CCP have also acquired at least two different military academies with robust Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) programs. JROTC programs help produce future U.S. military officers...

I think this story was overlooked because of Charlie Kirk dominating the news. I think this is HUGE and needs eyeballs. The CDC knew that the studies they were using to discredit the connection between vaccines and autism were fraudulent -- the researcher stole the money and made up results instead of actually doing research -- and the CDC used those results anyways!

Thorsen, 64, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Atlanta in 2011 on 22 counts of wire fraud and money laundering. Prosecutors allege that from 2004 to 2010, he stole more than $1 million in CDC research funds—money intended to study autism, infant disabilities, genetic disorders, and fetal alcohol syndrome. According to the indictment, Thorsen funneled funds into his own accounts using fraudulent invoices on CDC letterhead.

He has been on the HHS “Most Wanted” list for over a decade. Acting on an INTERPOL red notice, German authorities finally took him into custody in June. The Department of Justice is now working with Germany to extradite him for trial in the United States.

CDC co-authorship and funding conflicts that were never properly disclosed. That’s what makes Thorsen’s arrest so significant. The fact that a man now facing trial for embezzlement and fraud was central to one of the most influential vaccine safety studies ever conducted raises profound questions.
