Clogging the fucking courts with millions of pedes that threaten the life of a politician might accomplish nearly as much as a guillotine. When millions of people openly feel their "representatives" should get the chair, it could serve as motivation to not be corrupt. They might even make all bribery/lobbying illegal on their own.
