Not that I know of. Adrenochrome may have anti-aging, anti-illness or recreational high effects, who knows. DMT is a dimension/entitiy contact substance.
Its true that pure adrenochrome synthesized in the lab is identical to pure isolated adrenochrome from blood, BUT there could be something like an "entourage effect" like its known from Cannabis.
the "makes you "high" cannabinoid in cannabis is THC. But isolated THC is not that pleasant at all. The "high" from cannabis is a mixture of several different cannabinoids and terpenes, which alone wont have much of an impact, but potentiate each other in the presence of other cannabinoids/terpenes.
Maybe, all the other shit in blood, including with the adrenochrome creates a unique effect way stronger than pure adrenochrome. Another reason could be the "ritual" aspect. the "belief" behind it.
If they truly worship satan/evil forces than the ritual is as important as the pharmacological effects of adrenochrome itself

I've onlyhadt experiences with very friendly entities. On ayahuasca I met god "him"self. Its very interesting cause when you encounter these entities they will often react the same way to you the way you react to them.
