Aired on prime time 60 minutes. Mike Wallace was a national treasure!

Talk about hypocrisy -Manuel Noriega was an actual dictator and drug kingpin {official narrative}. But the interview was a celebrated "get" for Mike Wallace. Tucker interviews a world leader who's protecting his borders, and he's a lapdog and evil incarnate.

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today and this ain't helping... but anyway, here's Judge Roy Lamberth everyone!

"In my thirty-seven years on the bench, I cannot recall a time when such meritless justifications of criminal activity have gone mainstream,” Lamberth lamented in a seven-page public court filing."

Though he did not mention Trump by name, Lamberth specifically called out language used by Trump and, more recently, Trump allies like Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), describing Jan. 6 defendants as “hostages.”

“I have been shocked to watch some public figures try to rewrite history, claiming rioters behaved ‘in an orderly fashion’ like ordinary tourists, or martyrizing convicted January 6 defendants as ‘political prisoners’ or even, incredibly, ‘hostages,’” he wrote. “That is all preposterous. But the Court fears that such destructive, misguided rhetoric could presage further danger to our country.”

It was a remarkable jeremiad from a veteran jurist who has presided over dozens of Jan. 6 criminal cases and more than 10 trials. Lamberth issued his comments in connection with sentencing proceedings for James Little, a Jan. 6 misdemeanor defendant who has decried his case as a political prosecution and said the government is trying to suppress his free speech rights.

Think he'll listen?

"Governor Phil Murphy, NJ

Good day. I am writing to implore you to stand with our southern state, Texas, as they defend their border against illegal migration which is not only overloading the resources in southern states, but our nation as a whole.

The Constitution requires the federal government to protect our borders, and if they are derelict in their duty, the state has the right, and the obligation, to protect it's own border.

Nowhere does it state that our border shall be open to anyone to cross over at their leisure, much less with the blessing of the federal government. This is not about politics, it's about the damage to our country. There are immigration laws on the books that are not being enforced. Why? Tax payers deserve to have the protections we pay for.

I hope that you will join with the other states that have thus far joined with Texas.

A concerned New Jerseyan"

I've finally reached 40,000 'points'.

Thanks to all that have been along for the ride.

I know not everyone agrees with my way of doing things around here but I try to be fair. Sure, my biting wit and general dickheadedness might insult you, but as I tell my wife "I'm universally adored! Even by those that hate me!" I'm only half kidding .

In my professional career, I've been in charge of people. I've been honest and brutally so. I have never minced words. Some people hate me at times. But right now, I could call any one of my former co workers and they would come and help me out and vice versa. Because respect isn't about being artificially nice, and it isn't about being politically correct, and it sure as shit isn't about kissing ass to get ahead. It's about being honest and true to ones self. And that's what I have tried to do here. I hope all of you do the same... And more importantly, demand it in return.

Like many of you goats, I have gone from Reddit, to Voat, to The Donald or Patriots.win {I can't remember for some reason}, finally to here looking for the truth and support from other like minded people. Under the unrelenting pressure we have all faced together the last 5-7 years {or longer} by being outliers, as we followed the ultimate outlier in history, Donald J Trump, we should all hold our heads high. It wasn't easy, and maybe it was never supposed to be. It's time now to buckle up and finish our part of this story.

NCSWIC, it seems

Onward and upward!

I wonder if anyone can figure this headline out without laughing

"Almost half of Haley supporters say they would vote Biden over Trump..."

Let me do a little Homer Simpson math. Almost half of Haley supporters.... Okay, so that supporters number is already small, and we're slicing that in half. So she had 8% support, and almost half of that miniscule number would supposedly vote for Biden. So you're telling me 3.5% would vote Biden over Trump?

Gotcha.

Just goes to show you how they used to gaslight everyone with nonsense like this. Now everytime they trot this garbage out we see directly through it

Headline:

Kavanaugh will ‘step up’ to keep Trump on ballots, ex-president’s lawyer says

They're laying it out there that the fix is in. Not that it's constitutionally correct{it is}, but that basically Kavanaugh owes his buddy one.

Shocking!

"someone" was attempting to break into Natalie Bidens car and the secret service opened fire.

As I stated previously, I've found Ariel to be an interesting paytriot type. I find the posts very provocative, though pretty simple to discern a lot of it is bullshit.

However I find a lot of the info in this particular tweet compelling. Although the Clarence Thomas bit, as I understand it, is incorrect. {Am I wrong on this?}. Taken all together, it is something...

These are not very creative people. The script is the same time after time whether it's JFK, David Koresh, 9/11 or covid.

They need an inciting incident to have people invest emotionally into the story.

If you watch Saving Private Ryan enough times (my condolences), that opening beach scene loses it's impact. It's just human nature. Repetitive is... repetitive.

These psyops are losing their impact as well, even with the normies. The boy who cried wolf is a good template for this. Just straight up doom fatigue is keeping people at bay.

When they do decide to strike here which undoubtedly will happen soon, I think the majority of Americans will know where to direct their ire, and it won't be pretty.

I wonder, who will emerge from the shadows to pick this country back up? Just who will bring all Americans, and the country itself, back from the depths? Perhaps forgoing an election, even.

u/Oh_well_Ian got my goat mind percolating this morning. I have never revisited any of my old posts on voat. Until today. It's amazing how long I've been on this journey... Reading about the JFK assassination as a kid {book is called High Treason}, then 9/11 sluething online....starting at reddit with the Q stuff, onward to voat and the chans, to whatever patriots.win was before, then to here. What a long time fuck.

So anyway, I said this 4.7 years ago, and I stand by most of it.

Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it

If you look around

The whole world's coming together now, baby

Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it

Feel it in the air, the wind is taking it everywhere, yeah

Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it

All the colors of the world should be that

Lovin' each other wholeheartedly

Yes, it's all right

Take my message to your brother and tell him twice

Spread the word and try to teach the man Who's hating his brother, when hate won't do

'Cause we're all the same, yes, the blood inside me is inside you

Now tell me

Can you feel it? (Tell me can you feel it) Can you feel it? Can you feel it

(Can you see what's going down? Can you feel it in your bones?)

Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it Yeah, yeah

Every breath you take Is someone's death in another place

Every healthy smile Is hunger and strife to another child

But the stars do shine

In promising salvation, is near this time

Can you feel it now

So brothers and sisters, show we know how

Now tell me

Can you feel it? (Tell me can you feel it) Can you feel it? Can you feel it

(Hey, hey, tell me, can you see what's going down? Open up your mind)

Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it

All the children of the world should be Loving each other wholeheartedly

Yes, it's all right

Take my message to your brother and tell him twice

Tell the news to the marching men Who are killing their brothers, when death won't do

Yes, we're all the same Yes, the blood inside my veins is inside of you

Now tell me

Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it

Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it

Ocean Grove is a small beach town in NJ. Read this story carefully to the end. All the usual insinuations, innuendos and painting people who don't want to fit into a community that existed far before they arrived, as freedom fighters. You even get the obligatory Trump mention.

There's a particularly ghastly article on there right now about Ocean Grove, NJ.

I was able to read it this morning but not now. I wanted to post it for your perusal

It's their plan, the plan they've utilized to destroy America for 100 years.

This is how it starts from the inside...small Christian towns under siege.

/TLDR People are assholes, myself included, but there is common ground/

I don't feel great about it, either.

I had a long layover in Miami, so I sat down at a bar for a late lunch. An older gent, probably about 60-65 sits down next to me and immediately begins chatting up a guy a few seats down, and I'm already annoyed.

But whatever. No biggie. I'll be out in about 45 minutes anyway. Then another two guys sit down across the way. All four are chatting about their world travels, kids, family stuff. Cool.

Then the guy next to me starts talking about American politics and the hair stood on the back of my neck.

Please not here. Don't do it

He hasn't named any names yet in his rant, and I'm okay with that. He goes on to brag about how he's been a multimillionaire for the past 15 years because he invested in bitcoin when it was 43 cents a share. So now he just travels the world. Very privileged.

And the one thing he's noticed is just how bad American politics are.

Okay. Okay that's fine.

And then there it is: "I mean, we had Donald Trump as president so it can't get any worse."

I let it slide. I'm not getting baited.

Then one of the other guys agrees. "It's fucking insane here when you think about it. Trump's the biggest asshole on the planet"

My wife sees my eyes and rubs my arm.

I still don't say anything. I'll be out soon . I ask for the check.

Dipshit next to me then goes on to say "Listen, I'm not going to lie, my finances were better than ever when Trump was president, but you know I can't support a fascist..."

Where's my fucking check?

My wife is growing ever the more frightened.

Then the dipshit lobs the bomb out there.

"You know, say what you want about Biden, but he's just a good man. I met him a few times and he is just a great guy"

I let out a loud chuckle.

I said "Come on, man. He's been a proven liar since the 70s"

I met him just after his wife passed and...

Me: "He's a criminal, and far worse. You've got to be kidding me. Just stop."

Compared to Trump..

Me: " Forget Trump. We're taking about Biden. He's a piece of shit"

One of the other guys was smiling at me since he probably agreed. The other two were silent.

These Trumpers are always the same...

"Yeah. Genuine concern about family and country. Correct. Must be terrible for you. And every commie has been the same since the beginning. So stay out of my country if you don't like it."

Silence.

My check comes. The guy sheepishly buys me a beer.

We end up talking for another 30 minutes. We're both from NJ. Lots in common. The other guys are chiming in and everything is peachy, but my nervous energy is still keeping me on edge {I actually get very nervous when I get into arguments}

He ends up saying I love this guy -about me - after I say I have to leave.

I truly wish I could say the same but my blood was boiling.

I get his next drink and depart peacefully.

So one guy just travels the world and has not a worry. Of course politics don't really effect him so he can have these hot takes.

One of the other guys is a professional diver. Yes, a diver that travels the world to all kinds of exotic places-and dives .

Seems fairly privileged to me.

Me?

I'm just a construction foreman.

{Yes I know I could have said a lot more about Biden, but this conversation was about a 20 second explosion in a public place}

Law of War Manual

11.2

11.2 WHEN MILITARY OCCUPATION LAW APPLIES

The law of military occupation applies when a military occupation exists in fact. Even if the requirements of the law of belligerent occupation do not apply as a matter of law, general law of war principles and rules, such as those for the conduct of hostilities, continue to apply.

11.2.1 Military Occupation as a Fact. Military occupation is a question of fact.

The legal consequences arising from the fact of occupation (i.e., that this fact is the basis for both rights and duties) illustrates how the law of war may be viewed as both permissive and restrictive in nature.

The fact of occupation is the basis for the Occupying Power to exercise authority over the occupied territory.
