Having never requested prayers online before, last week i had nothing to lose and sent out the request to the one and only community that my friend lurks in while she was in the hospital fighting infections from pneumonia to sepsis to c diff.

You guys really came through and set in motion an absolutely remarkable recovery. With in hours of my request, she opened her eyes for the first time in over a week. Had the vent tubes removed 2 days sooner than they had anticipated and was moved out of icu over the weekend. It has been best case scenario since then. I am going to visit her today and tell her all about it.

I am now a witness to the power of prayer, and I thank each and everyone of you for taking the time for an anonymous fren.

I also have never had my best friend of over 20 years sedated, vented and isolated in the hospital icu ward. (Going on 10 days now)

unvaccinated- went from having a cold to pnuemonia and sepsis, all within a couple weeks... She has tubes draining fluid from around her heart and both lungs. The antibiotics she is on caused the c diff bacteria to thrive in her intestines (that is the latest complication).

She is fighting for her life and she needs healing prayers. All thoughts and prayers appreciated.
