What you are referring to is the four seasons hotel within Mandalay Bay. The actual top floor is the house of blues restaurant thing. Gates is the majority owner of four seasons hotels and resorts. Alaweed no longer has a share. Also, shooter was not in the four seasons part of the hotel.
