They were specifically told to stop and stay there by the marine captain. That was no mistake. All branches were there for that.
I take it that for the most part to sit back and enjoy the show. However I do have some knowledge of the military as I spent time infantry and security forces. So I feel that I can help with some questions about military. For instance the air force general talking about the special forces operation. Someone asked how would he know isn’t he retired? Technically yes he is but also technically they can be called back even after retirement. I know this because when I boot camp this was explained to me from a Korean War officer that said this to us. He through this out there as a little fun fact for us at the time. But felt that information would be good for people on here to know
Yes we had them in Washington state growing up. One on top of the fire house and others for tsunami warnings. Could be maintenance protocol. However from the comments on here it could be a nation wide effort.
I work on power lines for a living but haven’t heard of anything about this. However I can’t say whether it’s true or false. Those guys are most likely communication guys. Do you know what exactly they were doing on the pole? Wiring or replacing equipment?
Look at both signs that are supposed to say secretary and see the white. Yes it could just a reflection of light but it’s identical on each sign was is off to me. It says secret Q
Sort of weird that both signs are reflected out at the same spot. The signs seem to be a different angles.
Thank you! Feels like family on here!
I have been lurking here for weeks and I want to give some some details to how some of the military works from the time I was in. Officers retired can be activated at any point. It’s a part of the duty. How do I know this because when I went into boot camp a mentor who was a retired officer told us this during a conversation about how the military would be like and how to succeed. I believe that he is close and still in touch with many on the inside.
From my experience from when I did ceremonies in the military we practiced for hours. At dc it’s even worse they practice for days on the ceremonies. That was no mistake whatsoever. Great find
