From my end, yes. Beginning around October 2023. Since the Trudeau administration started. I noticed an increasingly high amount of the websites they banned. I'm referring to both lawful and peaceful websites.

Clearnet was acquired by Telus. Its head office is in BC, Canada. So by laws, they are required to comply with any censorship requests. Even if they disagree with it. In comparison, Tor Browser is decentralized. There is no "head office". Which means it is much stronger at resolving the censorship challenge.
