We're in the process of dismantling "the Matrix", in a sense. People are "waking up" to the reality of the lies and corruption that have ensnared us for millennia.
It's an incredibly stressful process, and it has to be. That feeling that something is 'off' is your body attuning to new frequencies and higher conciousness. You are being assaulted from all sides by unfamiliar things, while simultaneously being bombarded with information that is meant to instill fear. People are reaching a breaking point and this is also completely necessary.
You need to wake up. Everyone around you need to wake up. We all need to come together at a time when we couldn't be father apart, but it is working. People are opening their eyes to lies and corruption that has plagued this planet since the time of Pharaohs. The system is crashing and burning and nothing can save it, and that is exactly what Humanity needs right now.
Don't lose hope. If you're feeling the strain, it means this process is working. You're conscious awareness is increasing to levels that were not possible for you before. The pain, fear, and uncertainty will keep increasing until the dam breaks; until every soul on this planet is made aware that they have a choice. We are not slaves anymore.
Hold on, and use whatever strategies you have learned in life to adjust to new experiences. Listen to music that makes you happy, eat food that makes you feel good, and control your fear and doubt. Remember your past suffering, and be strengthened by it. Remember the traumas that you have survived and healed, and you will be divinely protected during this time. Call out for protection, cry out for healing, and most of all accept Love in your heart. Fear and doubt are your enemy now, control them and you control your enemy.
Love and Unity are the key.
