Haven’t convinced myself this is real; I don’t want it to be true. Nevertheless, I assume “cleaners” are used for discarding bodies. But, I am surprised that all-consuming greed has not exposed these demonic people. Some body parts can still be harvested and used after cessation of blood flow. For example, the corneas, heart valves, tendons, bone, etc. I am also assuming that grafts in other countries are crazy expensive as the products are in the US.
