PROOF It's a pretty interesting story. Apparently sleuths tracked down the images used in the video. They were taken by a guy who worked for a site that sold photos to visual effects artists.
This video is from the guy who actual took the original cloud photos used. He is a visual effects artist for video games. He still had the orginal RAW files. RAW is file format that shows all the data the camera sensors saw. Usually cameras do a little compression/processing when they create their digiital photos. RAW is used by folks serious about their photos, they want to do the processing themselves

It's an interesting video that shows how video like this can be faked and gives a sense of what is possible with software. He said as a VFX artist he immediately noticed several things wrong with the video that a non expert would miss.

The theme basically was what was actually happening and what folks wanted to happen.
I was told recently the war was going to over before Winter. Another time I was told the Russians had turned the tide.
War will be over by Winter Winter is a month away. The war will slow down then because the weather makes it very, very hard. Big operations and counter operations slow down and each side works on building up defenses. It's already started to snow occasionally in Ukraine. Barring some big settlement, which I don't see on the horizon this war will continue.
**Fighting in Avdiivka ** Avdiika is city near Donetsk, one of Regions where fighting has been going on years, even before the 2022 invasion.

It's surrounded on three sides by Russian controlled territory, and it just into the front line. It seems like it would be easy picking, but the terrain makes it tough to take.....there's open fields around it. So attacking forces are susceptible to Ukraine's drones and long range artillery fire.

He points out that *defenders have the advantage in the war right now. Which is there's so little change in territory recently. *Russia is not using air power
Ukraine's still got enough to credibly threaten Russian air power.
- It's not going to be a city they can just take.
Russia's going to have to flatten the city.
So what's the situation today. Flattening the city seems to be on going.
Russian has failed to encircle the city. They tried at least two major offensives previously and a third began this week.
The tactics seem to be different though
After losing hundreds of armored vehicles in direct assaults on Ukrainian positions in and around Avdiivka, in eastern Ukraine’s Donbas region, the Russian armed forces are switching to dismounted infantry assaults.
This is similar to the wave assaults Russia used to take Bahkmut,. It's an extremely costly way to fight a war. It took them months to take Bahkmut and according to some analysts degraded their war fighting capability....the biggest issue may have been the split with Wagner who made up the human wave assaults.
The losses at Avdiivka are said to be similar to the losses at Bakhmut. On the worst day of fighting Russia was supposed to have lost 1,400 soldiers in a single day with many of them at Avdiivka.
Russia has recently lost some territory in Bakhmut.
As I said last month, even if they take Avdiivka, it will be very costly and this war will be going on next year.
Other folks have mentioned this.
But I want to point both the Company and CZ the company have pleaded guilty to criminal charges.
Changpeng Zhao will pay a $50 million fine and has resigned as CEO. The DOJ is also seeking an 18 month sentence.
Binance the company also pleaded guilty.
Binance itself also pleaded guilty and agreed to pay $4.3 billion in fines and restitution. according to federal authorities. Binance also reached settlements with two of the three US Agencies that were investigating, then, the Treasury Department and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, but the SEC not part of this deal.
After Trump's lawyers asked for a mistrial, the judge asked the NY AG to respond to the motion. They asked for full separate hearing on the issue.
OAG’s position is that – putting aside the total lack of merit to Defendants’ application for a mistrial – it is preferable to have the Court hear and decide the application on full briefing pursuant to the OSC in the interest of judicial economy.
They asked for December 8th date because it's not urgent.
If the Court does order briefing, OAG requests until December 8, 2023 to submit its opposition given the demonstrable lack of urgency, the impending Thanksgiving holiday, and the fact that the ongoing trial necessitates considerable daily attention from OAG’s trial team.

Prosecutors said in Wednesday’s motion to revoke his bond that he had been posting on X, formerly known as Twitter, “in an effort to intimidate codefendants and witnesses, to communicate directly and indirectly with codefendants and witnesses, and to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice.” His actions amounted to “intentional and flagrant violations” of his bond conditions, prosecutors wrote.

"...The evidence of apparent and actual bias is tangible and overwhelming," Trump argues.
He cites Justice Engoron linking to news articles, "improper co-judging" by his law clerk, political contributions by his clerk and that gag orders show bias.
I don't know where this is coming from but three different reporters covering the Trump trial said they are hearing offers of a settlement.
There's been private conversations between the Trump team and the State lawyers.
Alina Habba met with the judge one on one for at least a half hour.
They went to lunch, but court didn't start for while after the break.
