Something that is often missed, as r/pizzagate was shut down immediately after this news came out:
The "basement" is a red herring.
The photos on instagram that pictured a basement was a separate property referred to as "Pegasus Museum" which was under construction at the time. I remember seeing a side by side comparison of the brick patterns in the "basement" at CPP and it perfectly matched the bricks on the website of his contractor who was filmed at Pegasus Museum. I also think this discovery was the main reason why they took down r/pizzagate as their cover was blown.
I wish the word "conditional" wasn't in there.
