It seems to be an Australian thing.
No, they like gaslighting you into thinking they fact check.
They don't actually fact check. They will tell you the complete inversion of reality as if it's a fact.
It's unconstitutional and a HIPAA violation to require one.
The issue has always been getting a judge to actually look at the evidence and rule on it.
None of this "no standing", "moot", "filed too early", "filed too late" dismissal crap.
Snopes fact check: This claim is false. The software that allowed votes to be swapped was not unauthorised.
If a government is oppressing its citizens, it shouldn't be considered legitimate.
