I appreciate that you mention the bargain shop, we have one here any I’ve been blessed to find such items as you mentioned, though it is ‘get what you can when you can’ type of thing, it’s been great. God has provided.
Oh man do we need salt. In basic training they pushed water hard core cause the soldiers would often get dehydrated in the hot summer southern heat. I could tell I didn’t need anymore but everyone had to finish their canteens before moving on to sit/stand for ever and get Boots. In the hallway I started to suffer from hyponatremia (Basically water poisoning.) my body tired to get water out of it everywhere, my eyes flowed, my sweat flowed and my urine flowed, all adding to the loss of sodium. A form of reverse dehydration... miserable. After recovery treatments The docs had me open salt packs and eat them off my hand, I’d carry them with me from them on. Salt is definitely important. It is nice to cook and add it to taste, some days I can feel the need for a bit more. So important to listen to our bodies and have that line of communication as open as possible.
Horsetail has been an epic add for me, a little yellow dock to cover the loss of certain nutrients and your gold. Strong bones and teeth. Only natural form of digestible silicate, if memory serves.

Glad to hear you read the words and found them interesting. Turns out my great grandfather was a minister. I didn’t find out until after my grandpa died pre-covid and I didn’t get to looking at his notes until a few weeks ago. God’s timing is a blessing we often can’t understand or comprehend. A gift to see the inner workings while they occur and not just in hindsight. God’s Sovereign provisions are a parade of fulfilled promises expertly orchestrated into a sympathy of universal proportions. A joy to be a member of the band. Albeit a piccolo but I’ll tweet for God with a full heart and a grand smile. Will you be joining the accompaniment?

Listening to a tale of living through the Great Depression and my grandfather Going into the marines in ww2... perspective is a divine gift. I am not a pastor, though it’s funny you mention that as another commenter recently suggested it. I’m a doodler and a noodles by trade, if there is a trade left to be had these days. Making up lost time for not standing up for God. Seeking to please Him first, been a big life change for me this year. My own great awakening to quantum understanding... oh if only everyone could see what I see and feel complete as I now feel. I pray with God that all may repent and return to God that we may truly have equality in God and Peace through unity of the Holy Spirit. A real utopia of spirit that man promises but can never provide.
