Dear fellow NASA Colleagues, Americans, and to whom it may certainly concern,
I am deeply saddened and necessarily disturbed by the recent announcement and developing events at NASA, the US Government, across America, and the World as a whole. My faith and trust in NASA’s and the US government’s global championship and leadership in the support of rights, freedoms, and liberties is severely stunned and damaged. The MANDATORY “Vaccination Certification” “SURVEY” is the creation of a unique medical/genetic status identification database. This “survey” asks for your medical status/genetic information which IS protected under The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008. Therefore this information should not and cannot be collected or asked about.

Additionally, this “survey” requests your Name, Supervisor, and NASA badge number. Why is that information necessary to determine center opening/closure? Why is this “survey” not totally and completely anonymous or queries our thoughts on center safety considerations and risk acknowledgement? Instead, this combined collected information could be used for unique individual identification, assessment, and discrimination. NASA recently installed permanent BADGE READERS at all center entrances which are networked to a database of civil servant and contractor identification information for center access tracking and monitoring. IF these two databases are combined and access to the NASA center is based upon responses to the earlier medical status identification database, NASA has implemented what is colloquially called a "VACCINE PASSPORT".
The CREATION OF and DISCRIMINATION VIA a "vaccine passport" is illegal according to The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008. Additionally the creation of and discrimination via a "vaccine passport" may be a violation of your constitutional rights as an American and may be UNCONSTITUTIONAL according to the 14th Amendment regarding privacy rights, economic rights, and its equal protection clause. Individuals have an “interest in avoiding disclosure of personal matters” including information about one's body. As a result, the government cannot arbitrarily intrude into nor discriminate using someone's medical records. Educate yourself on this imminent restriction and trampling of your Constitutional Rights and American Freedoms:

Governments and associated entities have had a long history of eliminating the rights and freedoms under the guise of “public safety” and “think of the children” in the quest for increasing power, greed, and social control. Don’t fall for the rouse. I don’t want NASA or this Government to force this future path on American Society. Once rights and freedoms are lost and discussion is thwarted it is not so easy to get them back or get the word out about their loss. Every successive slippery step down this path makes it harder to turn back. Refuse even to take any step closer to these treacherous stairs! Stand up for your medical privacy, economic freedom, and equal rights! Don’t comply, surrender, or consent to this sneak attack on your rights and freedoms! Don’t participate in the potential removal of your ability to work on center based upon the genes that are in or not in your body! The micro managerial tyranny of your life because of your medical/genetic status has started. Do not accept, consent to, and normalize this civil rights violating sneak attack. Do not allow genetic based harassment, segregation, and discrimination of Americans. Having or not having specific genes should not impact your freedoms, liberties, and rights in America. I refuse to remain silent and live a life of regret knowing I should of said something to alert others and wake them up before it is too late. This is truly the most egregious civil rights violation of our times.

No vaccine passports at NASA! No discrimination based on “health” by this Government! No “medical” apartheid in the United States of America! As Americans, the preservation of our rights and liberties is our most significant civil duty to our selves, each other, and our nation’s future citizens.
