They are Tsunami Warning sirens. Thats what the guy said originally. All Hawiians know these are Tsunami sirens. He said they would of made people run towards the flames not toward the sea where many were saved by getting in the water..They are throwing him under the bus deliberately as a scape goat. Even the congresswoman went after him. Disgusting to see this malicious twisting of truth.
