Why has the border wall always been an issue that receives relentless pushback and criticism? 5 billion for the wall was the end of the world to the Dems, yet they send 20X that to Ukraine and don’t blink… why?

The last I heard the Supreme Court ruled against the latest Brunson brothers challenge due to lack of standing.
Is it possible that during Trump’s upcoming trial, he submits evidence on record, that judges rejected to hear in the Brunson lawsuit?
Would that mean, win or lose for Trump, the Brunson's would instantly be able to reopen their challenge at the Supreme Court level?
Would the Supreme Court, with sufficient evidence of interference already on record, hear the case? If so, would the Republican majority of justices be enough?
