100% correct. I lost my account almost a year ago now for running a conspiracy theory group with about 4k members. Had about 460 friends and my account was 10 years old. I can tell you that 0 friends kept in contact with me. ZERO. What's What's more fucked is that one of my BFFs also stopped talking to me and I've known her since I was 12 (33 now). I have her on snapchat and reached out multiple times and got no response each time so I blocked her. She clearly didn't give a shit about me anymore which does make me sad because her and I were close our whole lives. Her family threw me a babyshower for my daughter's years ago. Like ok, so I don't have a social media so I'm no longer worthy of contact??! She was very much not on a political side either. She care about any of it and never even talked about anything regarding politics or the world. Very 3D type of person, not 5D. ZERO "friends" reached out to me.

Facebook friends are entirely 100% fake. If you disappear, none of them will care. It's so superficial and I am so much happier without one. 💯
