If Q likes cats, then maybe I can slide this thread by without getting in trouble with the moderators. 🙂
My cat will not eat commercial pet food. That's mainly my fault because I've been feeding her human food ever since she was a little kitten. Her main diet consists of grilled chicken breasts that I grill on the barbecue. Long story short, I found out that human food like the kind I mentioned has next to no vitamins. Cats need at a very minimum Taurine and Calcium in their diet. I have been adding Taurine and Calcium powdered supplements to her chicken. It's easy to do if the chicken is already shredded using two forks. Then all I do is add two capfuls of bottled water and mix everything together. She loves it and chows it down. At other times instead of using the Taurine and Calcium supplements, I'll sprinkle a Probiotic on top of her chicken called Purina FortiFlora. It has nutrients in it too, but still not near as many vitamins as commercial pet food.
So here's the question: Do you guys have a recommendation for a multivitamin supplement that I can add to her food?
Either a powder form or a liquid form would probably work fine. If you read all that, ThankYou so much.
About two months ago, I asked one of my friends if he ever felt real-real tired. He said yes and his doctor after doing some blood work, recommended that he get some vitamin D. He got the vitamin D and said it has helped him regain his lost energy.
After hearing that, I decided to try some organic vitamins. I did some research and found out that organic vitamins absorb into the body much faster and way more effectively than laboratory produced vitamins. Organic vitamins are made out of real food. I decided to try a multivitamin from Costco.
After about 5 days of taking the vitamin once a day, my life has completely changed. No longer do I wake up in the morning feeling exhausted. I'm talking about a night and day difference in the way I feel. This has been a life changing experience for me.
This post is in no way meant to be an advertisement for Costco. I'm sure there are other organic vitamins on the market that are just as good. I just happened to try the one from Costco out of convenience. I hope this information can be help someone out. I just don't feel right about keeping this information to myself. The vitamins are about $20 per bottle and you get an 80 day supply. Today I went and got my 2nd bottle.

What are your predictions? What's the Deep State going to do to hold onto power?
Why am I asking this question on a Q board? Because Q people are probably a lot smarter than the other internet forums I frequent. Besides that, I don't think Q would mind anyway.
The vitamins subject is a deep rabbit hole. I don't have time to go down that rabbit hole, so I figure starting a thread and asking the Q community would be way quicker.
I've been feeling tired all the time for several weeks now. I'll throw in fatigued and lethargic too. I've got my mind made up that it's a vitamin deficiency. I think all of us could benefit from this knowledge about vitamins. I've heard that taking vitamin D3 can boost energy levels. What other vitamins are important?
I'm starting to have serious doubts about Thomas Crooks being on that roof.
In the links that DrMcCoy posted, you can clearly see a very frail / thin body laying on the roof.
That body on the roof also has gauge holes in the ears sewn shut. Maxwell Yearick had gauges in his ears at one time.
The frail body seems to be more in keeping with the body of Maxwell Yearick.

This video has nothing to do with Q. If moderators feel the need to delete this thread, I fully understand. I'm posting this because I think my fellow peebs here will find this information interesting. I always knew the Japanese were a strict culture, but I had no idea they were this strict.
How do I know? Because I monitor the normies conversions on the internet.
What does that mean? Does that mean the person saying it to you is wishing for God to bless you?
