During the Korean War, laborers from The Youngstown Sheet & Tube Company went on strike. Fearing that a steel strike would cripple the USA's efforts in North Korea, President Truman "seized" the assets of steel companies to assure the production of steel. The owners of the steel companies, led by The Youngstown Sheet & Tube Company, sued then Commerce Secretary Charles Sawyer to declare the seizure unlawful. President Truman argued he had the "executive power" to take the assets under war time authority, but the US Supreme Court didn't see it that way. The opinions set forth in the case, and corresponding limitations of Presidential power, have become the golden standard for what the President is and is not allowed to do. The case is known as The Steel Seizure Case or simply The Youngstown Steel Case.
They are going to try and lock us down again and harder and both sides are going to double down. The other side will never believe it’s the vax that’s the problem. I hear all of them talking about it if people would just get vaccinated this would all stop. It’s about to get real interesting.
My family all think he’s turning the corner but I am watching his blood work on MyChart and his WBC are still racing upward and are far outside the norm and his liver enzymes look wonky. I am not a doctor but sometimes doesn’t look right. It’s honestly like there’s some kind of spell on people. It’s super weird.
Update on my dad. I finally got my mom to listen to me after threatening to never speak to her again if he died and they didn’t at least give him the right to try. I sent her the articles about ivermectin and the frontline doctors protocol again. She sent them to him and he’s going to show the doctor in the morning and ask them to try. Please pray for his strength, pray that the doctors will have an open heart and mind and give him the right to try and pray that if they do try it helps him! Thanks friends.
His pulse ox was 64% when my sister took him. I offered the protocol and they wanted to no part of it. They refused the ivermectin, wouldn’t take the vitamins and now he’s going to be admitted and put on the hospitals stupid protocol which will probably kill him. My sisters a nurse and I even told her give him ivermectin and she said it doesn’t work. It’s super frustrating that he would not listen and I am sad. Please keep him in your prayers.

Vaccine Mandates are fast approaching. Many people I know are caving. Why don’t we stage a nationwide walkout. Everyone that is against mandates does not show up to work. We can do this peacefully.
They also sent out notice that all their vendors have to comply as well. Coworkers that are not wanting the vaccine are considering taking the jab to keep their job and to avoid retaliation. I am scared and don’t know what to do. This isn’t right and it doesn’t appear this is going away anytime soon.
I spoke with an attorney and they advised me not to state my reason for the religious exemption just that I have one.
So my employer is mandating the job. I don’t want to take it and all the boosters forever. Seriously considering starting my own business. Any thoughts guidance? I do have a niche skill which is likely marketable to a broad market.
There’s not even a federal mandate yet but they are aligning to the guidelines for federal contractors.
