Other countries ban Non Resident Foreigners from owning land and property should we to help Americans afford housing better?

Furthermore its a way foreigners can launder dirty money through US real estate, they acquire dirty money from lets say China as a corrupt Gov official they then take that money invest in a US property and then can take out a loan from that mortgage and then they have clean money.

I know we will have people scream "we need the foreign investment dollars though!" to that I say are we America 1st or do we care more about Wall street? Does foreign investment matter when the average family can no longer afford a house to build a family with. Families or business which do you value more?
