Ok newbie here . Might be dumb Qhats a 17? Coworker asked me if I was a 17. I said "if you Mena 1776 yeah we need to.toss all the dema in the harbor or gitmo" He handed me a piece of paper with this site kn it. Said I'd find answers here. So what's a 17?
