Can confirm. I was one of those isolated new believers, hard pressed to find a church without masks or rainbow or Ukraine flags around here. I’ve been actively on there for about a month and have already made some real friends and deepening my relationship with God. We don’t have to agree on everything but it is a loving environment and a good break from the worldly affairs we discuss here, yet since many come from sites like this I know that most there are sheepdogs, not NPCs.
Currently about 2 hours from the end of my first fast, with a few other fine folks from Prayer Garden. It has been a great experience. Feeling closer to God today, been more patient and appreciating my family more than usual. Praying extra for a few particular things and for humanity to wake up and start loving God and eachother. I recommend anyone on the fence about joining the fast to give it a try in whatever capacity you feel comfortable.
