You likely have shedded particle exposure to those who were vaxxed. It's not "long COVID" per se. It's contamination by the vaxxed of the unvaxxed. Shedding is getting more and more proof in the med lit.

You still have specific immunity so long as you have a prior exposure to something. But your general immunity to novel challenges gets subverted by the mRNA vaxxes. Don't forget zeolite friends. Zeolite is a kind of clay, or diatomaceous earth, that combines with foreign particles and is then excreted. A lot happens in the digestive track that can be supported by this. Suggested that foreign particle elements in the vax can be diminished. Also for unvaxxed, helps round up the shedded particles.
There is a healing process but not a general immune system response to NOVEL threats. Anything new is not in the already existing immune system response library of the person. So they can live potentially a good life by avoiding any novel exposures to things like say monkeypox.
