What with all the vacationing going on, who is REALLY preparing the RICO case against Trump? My understanding (I'm not a lawyer) is that a RICO case is very complicated to prepare. Do lawyers preparing a RICO case against a former President of the United States plus 18 other defendants have time to go on multiple trips? Does a lawyer who has NEVER tried a felony case have time? I believe I read here the suggestion that Mary McCord in Washington D.C. was preparing it. Is that true? If so, is there anything illegal or unethical about that? How were they planning to pull this off - sort of a "Cyrano de Bergerac thing? Any ideas?

They always tell you exactly what they're doing: "The Biden administration has put together a diverse group of experts, dubbed a "Tiger Team," that has been gaming out how the U.S. would respond to a variety of scenarios in the Russia-Ukraine standoff..." Did someone tell the Resident that this is the Chinese "Year of the Tiger" and that this makes it sound like he's playing for China's team? Hint: He is. Link in comments.
