We learned it as please excuse my dear aunt sally lol
One of my patients in the hospital right now is a woman with unexplained neurological problems, was lethargic at home for 2 weeks after receiving 2nd Pfizer vax, then brought to the hospital after being found completely unresponsive- as of now she is confused, non weight bearing, has now developed foot drop, barely opens her eyes, has ataxia so can’t even coordinate getting a cup to her mouth. All scans and tests have turned out inconclusive. The physicians absolutely refused to even acknowledge her vaccine status, even after family straight up telling them they think it’s the vaccine. Best they’re going to do is test for Lyme, come the F on. Her family (lawyer husband and nurse daughter) is pissed and actually taking her out AMA on Monday to go to a research hospital although I suspect they’ll find much of the same hemming and hawing and tiptoeing around the elephant in the room. I used to love my job but I hate this system.
I started a new job in a hospital surrounded by vaccinated people. The next month my period came 2 weeks early, stayed late, and was heavier than ever and so painful. I had been regular for YEARS. The thought of maybe “syncing” with some of my coworkers crossed my mind, but that never happened with other jobs or college. This was with me + all of my coworkers wearing medical grade surgical masks at all times. I take care of ‘vid patients and I’m more cautious of my vaxxed coworkers than my ‘vid patients
So true. Am a nurse, work with a bunch of doctors who are just idiots. One track mind of whatever their specialty is and don’t care about the person. I actually witnessed an infectious disease doctor yesterday, tell a concerned wife asking questions about patient’s disease process, “you’ll have to ask someone else, I’m only good for figuring out which antibiotic to give.” WOW. Meanwhile my uncle who is a pharmacist, Born again Christian, prepper, un-vaxxed and is the most based person I know.
