It is not constitutional. The Constitution grants limited enumerated powers to the federal government. All the people saying Trump is a dictator would feel vindicated. Doesn’t mean it can’t happen but seems unlikely.

I was just echoing what POTUS said about every legal option. Hopefully he meant "legal system" but who knows.

Really hope Trump does at least a full declas.
