Military is sworn to uphold the Constitution. The Constitution does not recognize an obviously rigged, fraudulent election. Military is sworn to 'make it right'. The Federal Government is an actual corporation. It was set up to give the crown of England a way to tax every American, via birth certificate chattel.
I probably have oversimplified things but that's the gist. The reason federal law applied to us was because we were considered "citizens" (subjects) of the corporation.
How does the crown of England get our tax money? Income tax came around in 1913 I think.
Before the Civil war when the Southern States walked out of Congress, the Congress was adjourned Sine Die. Means without day or without a day to reconvene. They couldn't elect a President of the Republic so they elected Lincoln to be President of the Corporation.

Our first President didn't take office until 1789. 1776 was when we declared independence and the war started. In addition, while March 4 was the date, it was April when Washington was sworn in.

I think that’s the point. They (DS) wouldn’t use their government systems. However, they would bring their personal laptops to their offices. And on those personal laptops they would keep the information they wouldn’t want done on their work server. So, we get their private laptops, all at once, before they can spread word to one another “they’re coming” and get a leg up on destroying evidence. There is probably some of the most freshly fresh plots in them.
I do govt IT. If it exists or was sent using one of our computers, we can find it. If it's on a personal machine it's even easier.

They can be. You're supposed to lock it if you move away and the default is like 10-15min but people can set it longer or someone like the speaker can ask for it to be longer. It could also be a personal laptop. If it's a govt computer that was encrypted and Trump's guys got it, then it's not hard to get in.
