Look up Fire Cider, a dose of that daily will keep you healthy, includes cayenne & jalapeño). Some good stuff!! I do believe Capsaicin is in most peppers, Cayenne is just the highest rated. So much healthy foods out there (you won’t find in fast food but in the garden) it’ll make your head spin!! Many of these medicinal groceries have a multitude of healing properties!! Don’t eat crappy food and expect a healthy body
