So I was always worried about getting COVID due to being overweight but it looks as if I finally caught it. I spent the week at a convent and in the Villa I stayed a few people were confirmed with it. I bought the Ivermectin horse paste a while back in preparation for this but I am unsure of how much to dose. I only have 1 tube, what else do I need? I feel like trash, last night I had a sore throat coming on, this morning I woke up with a stuffy nose and fever in addition and as the day has gone on I have gotten worse. Really drained of energy and everything hurts. I know there was a picture posted but my brain feels like mush and I don't remember what it was called to search. I also have Zinc and Vitamin D (buying oranges for the C).
I found out from a friend's post that Kyle is not guilty, said friend couldn't understand how he was not guilty when he killed two people. I tried to explain to him but he ended up blocking me (this was all on FB don't crucify me it's how I stay in contact with a lot of people who are far away). I am pretty upset about this because he has helped me out a lot with guidance when I have been in bad spots mentally.
I think my BPD (borderline personality disorder) is effecting my judgement on this because I truly feel that it's my fault. I feel that I am a bad person for being overly opinionated and I should just stay quiet. I feel like I am losing more and more friends every day as well. This one hit harder than most and just makes me want to change who I am as a person.

At tonight's board meeting the School Board gave direction to mandate masks for all preK-12 students and adults starting Monday, August 30 until October 30. All children and adults will be required to wear a face mask during the school day while inside school board property or vehicles. The mandate will not be required for any student with a note from a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant or an employee with a medical exemption. The school board also asked for a meeting to be scheduled to clarify the current school board policy EBBA – Disease Prevention; Face Covering.
How do I get a doctors note for them? I tried looking at frontline but saw nothing for it, even tried submitting through their contact us but nothing happened when I clicked the submit button. I already know their pediatrician will NOT give a note for an exemption. Are there any known doctors in the Orlando area that will?

Just got my first shot of Pfizer - 5:41 pm
on April 3rd. I couldn't find anything else about a second shot. I am wanting to know how long in between shots is expected or if this might be unrelated to the shot. I don't want to read to much into things.
I just found out today that my in-laws (whom we live with, we all share one house they own) got the jab. No matter how much we warned them not to they got it, and didn't even tell us when they got it. They got the pfizer shot, not sure if they got the second one yet or not. My father in laws reason was "well everyone at work got it and are fine" he works for Disney, my mother in law just follows what he does.
I am more worried now about the possibility of "shedding" especially the consern for myself being a woman and other women experiencing longer or heavier than normal periods (we have four daughters as well so worried for them) and other unknowns that can come from this.
There is no option to move out either. It is a financial impossibly. What can we do for protection?
Edit: An update, I found out my father in law got the shot a month ago and his second two weeks ago.
So since the EO came from the Gov the OCPS stated it didn't apply to them, they didn't give any kind of clarification on it or even where they got the authority from to say this. I spent much of today jumping from place to place over the phone to finally get a solid answer on why this is the case.
A few things I learned while playing this game of "ask your other parent" is that the Department of Education is where the order came from, that their lawyers and the Gov that they will follow EO #2021-101 and the mask mandate for schools will be lifted July 1. HOWEVER I also learned that the Department of Education did leave the mask mandate up to the individual counties/districts to make their own policy on how to enforce it but they recommended that masking be OPTIONAL. Which means the Orange County School Board is the one responsible for this policy.
I unfortunately do not know enough about politics, but I know from looking this board and the other states how they are voting out and reelecting school board members that these people need to be removed for willfully endangering our children. Orange County Florida is a very blue area, I don't know how to get the word out enough to make something like that happen and from my understanding I am the only parent at my child's school who was outraged enough to make a stand and find out all of this. Even the assistant principle couldn't tell me more to which I ended up calling her back at the end of it and letting her know where the decision came from.

Heard on the news last night that the J&J vaccine is being pulled from all vaccination sites (at least in Orange County) because of an adverse reaction causing blood clots. The part that gets me is all the people they interviewed are going on about how disappointed they are that they won't be able to get their one shot for COVID and how they still want to get the J&J shot and take the risk. These people are absolutely delusional!
Also, why is just the J&J shot being targeted while all the others have lead to multiple deaths? What is their game plan on this?
So short thing before hand, I am Coptic Orthodox we have priests (who are married) and we see them for lots of things Confession, advice, help, all sorts of problems we also attend something called Divine Liturgy which is about 3 hours long (Mantis and then the service itself). So I went to see him today and one of the things I asked him is if I had to wear a mask at Liturgy (we are in orange county florida and there is still a mask mandate for us) some how this conversation turned into a discussion about the vaccine. And even he isn't going to be taking it he said it has nothing to do with religious reasons just he hasn't seen good things from it. Meaning lots of side effects from people (bad ones).
I spoke to one of my friends who is also Coptic and he said at his own parish that a lot of people especially the elderly will wear a mask just to enter the church but eventually during the service they will take it off and put it to the side. I think this really goes to show that a lot of people are completely fed up with the masks, my friend said the only people who believe in the mask is the government.
As for at my parish unfortunately I still have to wear it because Abouna (this is what we call our priests) said he can't make special exceptions because then everyone will want to take it off. I tried to tell him how a big part of the Liturgy in the incense it kind of mentally draws you in and how difficult it is to smell it, to which he said he could smell it just fine I said that is because he is the one censing the Church!
I saw a comment on a post before about how their virus protector could be preventing them from seeing certain websites and such, what virus protector is not woke and decent? I just got a new PC and I am trying to set it up with the least amount of intrusion possible (I even bought a webcam cover for it)
I just saw that our Mayor lowered the age to be able to get the Covid Vaccine and something of me wonders if it would be wise to keep track of any kind of deaths or maybe if there is a way to see if there is an increase of deaths since this is opened up to people who are younger. I know the vaccine does very poorly with the elderly thus why so many deaths for them. I don't know anything about statistics or keeping track of that kind of stuff, so I guess that is why I am posting here?
Overall I am very disappointed to see this, but I didn't expect anything less considering he is a dem.
