So I've been tracking the reported votes in every state in 12 hour intervals in case of shenanigans. Usually the votes will go up. Right? That's to be expected.

However, today's North Dakota update showed Trump with 245,943 votes (67.5%). 2 days ago (the last change for ND) Trump had 246,033. What's going on? Did the state do a recount?
