What are they doing just collecting up-to-date addresses for people?

Its an election year with 20+ democrats not seeking re-election.

IMO they are using the free covid kits as a way to set up their new plan for mail-in-ballot frauds since there were so many with fake/ghost/incorrect addresses.

I was just at a tmobile store here trying to add a line to my account and they said they couldn't do anything and that their systems have went down around 2 hours ago and haven't been up since. This isn't the cell service itself but their infrastructure inside. Not sure if that could be anything but found it unusual that it happened today of all days and is on going.
