In January, I got covid in January and after a month or so instead of getting better I kept getting worse. Now I am almost back to baseline. Below are some of the supplements and such that helped me the most. I'm sharing in hopes that this might benefit some others suffering with long covid or vaccine injuries. To address some of the fake news posted on GW, I never had any covid vaccines. Long covid is not a joke. I'm 45 and it was the worst thing that I've had to deal with in my life.

Long covid is like a complex puzzle of layers. Each layer that you remove helps to deal with the other layers. The nervous system layer seems to be the hardest to get through.

  1. Equate Nicotine 21mg patches cut into 4. Taped 1/4 patch on my arm with athletic tape. Got me through the nervous system issues which were affecting my emotions (panic attacks), energy level etc. It started making me feel depressed and anxious after a couple weeks so I stopped using it.

  2. Augmented NAC, regular NAC and Nattokinase. All of these are helping with detoxing the spike. Nattokinase seemed to reduce the tightness in my chest and irregular heartbeat. At first, the Augmented NAC made me feel worse to the point that I had to stop taking it. I've been taking it again and it definitely feels like it helps.

  3. Methylene Blue helped with energy levels, shortness of breath and crashes. I only took 45 drops 2 days in a row, because it was making it hard for me to sleep and gave me really bad diarrhea, but since I took it I haven't had a crash and my energy levels have been almost normal.

ChlorOxygen also helped with shortness of breath, but also gave me diarrhea.

  1. Vitamin D 15,000 IUs a day, Quercetin 500mg 3 times a day, Bromelin and Curcumin (with the Nattokinase) all helped reduce organ inflammation which was one of the worst symptoms initially. Even riding/ driving in a car was causing nausea, messing with my nervous system, energy levels etc. I've been taking high dose Quercetin for mast cell stabilization (sensitivities to foods and pet dander that I didn't previously have) which is the main remaining symptom that I have.

  2. B complex vitamins seem to help reduce neuropathy symptoms. One night I went to the emergency room because it felt like my lungs were filling up with liquid when I was laying flat on my back. Later I learned through Grok that this was neuropathy related.

  3. Low histamine diet. In the last week or so I've been trying to avoid high histamine foods like tomatoes, wheat etc which has greatly reduced the heat feeling that I get in my head, back of neck ears etc. Sometimes this would get so bad that I would have to lay down. I'm hoping this diet will calm my mast cells down.

I read a thread shared on here yesterday about how Ivermectin has been helping a lot of people suffering from similar problems to what I have been dealing with for 2 months. I've had long COVID type symptoms (shortness of breath and panic attacks) and allergies that I didn't previously have. After reading the thread I ordered the quickest Ivermectin I could find which is the Durvet Apple Flavored Horse Dewormer. I'm just wondering if anyone has had problems with that since it's not meant for humans or if there are better options without a prescription or an easy way to get a prescription. Any advice, based on experience,is appreciated. There is a lot spammy and overpriced "Paytriot" Ivermectin stuff out there.

How much of the Durvet stuff should a 180 lb dude take and how often?

I never thought I would say that there is great television to be enjoyed on CNN, Young Turks and MSNBC, but today I have been watching the reactions from last night on all of them. Great stuff! If you haven't seen the reactions, check it out.

My X feed looks like Truth Social all of the sudden. Even people that say they don't like Trump are saying they'll vote for him now. It seems like this movement just went too big to rig.

I would say Hunter Biden, because he is exposing how corrupt his family is while his father is President, but I'm interested to know if anyone has proof of his intentions one way or the other. I don't see how all of his dirt ends up on the internet unless it is intentional.

There are thousands of cryptos. Please don't post any crypto bs below. Nobody in this movement should be pumping and dumping bs.

I talked to someone that works at the VA today about the vaccine push. She said that they are making the VA doctors and nurses get the vaccine, but most of the rest of the staff refuse to take it. She said if they made it mandatory over half of the staff would just walk out.
