I took pill form ivermectin and horse paste in March. It didn't do anything for me so it isn't listed above. I didn't start getting better until I started the nicotine patches about a month ago.

I hope it works for you. Just be sure you are getting enough electrolytes on that diet. I did the keto diet in a very strict way without watching my electrolytes and I think that might be what first weakened my immune system and made me vulnerable to infection. Potassium in particular hard to get enough of.
