In that case is it possible that while they haven't had in-person ones they had video PDBs? Or is there any kind of confirmation that this is not the cases and all briefings have been non-existent? I could see them using the Covid excuse to make it not in person if possible in order to keep declining Slow Joe out of the physical eyes of anyone that isn't in the close ring of the executive circle.
