I've been watching this site a long time, and I've never seen when the elections are for the mod positions. When are the elections for mods, GAW?

I've been dooting and occasionally commenting since I arrived here some time ago. My doots don't "stick" - when I refresh they are gone. Is there some setting I have to change?
