I highly doubt he will get convicted. Based on the constitutionality vote. I'm not a legal scholar but I have seen two articles saying a Supreme court justice has went on record saying the Senate better stop this sham impeachment (posted here and patriots.win) or they will. Which to me leans into the idea there might be a road to SCOTUS to rule on this impeachment much like they do with executive orders, contested bills, etc.

If you listen to the little press release with the heads at the table, there's an awful lot of talk about months and even years of preparation for this event. Which 100% contradicts with the ease of which the capital was breached last week. Maybe they aren't so much talking about security for an inauguration but something much bigger. Isn't that FEMA guy a marine patriot?
