Came from Telegram, there is also a video. Biden is at the NIH on 2/11. Looks like he had a wardrobe malfunction. Some people say its not Biden, this person is wearing a mask. Look at his left eye, a tear? Left side of his forehead is smooth. Couple days ago, his mask fell down and his nose was bent by jhartz39
