I went back and tried to look at the 'approach' and 'after oath' wider picture to try to see it. I see an illusion. The camera angles from each other are roughly 75-80 degrees and could mask pinky and co.

The guy behind Biden's wife seems a little too large and the depth doesn't look right on some of the people. I dunno.

Man, I had to watch that several times. They are just extreme angles. Pinky and whitey are beside each other in a line just out of frame of the second camera.
