The video he had posted (that they took down prior as well) to being banned explicitly told people to go home and NOT engage in acts of violence. Therefore, they did not apply their rules to him equally to other people, in particular certain politicians on the other side of the fence that called for "shooting the rioters" or "shooting the protestors" or sending them all to "reeducation camps" or the likes. Until they enforce their policy fairly and properly, they are in a state of prejudice and violating people's freedom of speech.
