I found the police chase they were watching at 10:32 the presenter states they have a report that Charlie was shot...and 30 seconds later ABC7 states Trump reports he has passed...however there was no dramatic police capture to cheer about...they were reacting with the joy of Charlie's passing as there was no police take down...yet. They couldn't be more full of shit if they tried...watch it for yourself. The police chase was still ongoing at the time of Charlie's passing and nothing to cheer about as the Police were being bested by this get away driver anyway.
