I did my research, here's some context. That video of the preacher is actually from 2006. Older than I expected, it surprised me a bit. The song in question is an interlude track called Lucifer 9 (Interlude) on Danger Mouse's Grey Album project from 2004 where he mashed up Jay-Z's Black album with The Beatles' White Album. The track was intentionally done by Danger Mouse because it just sounds like gibberish played normally. He is the one that created it, probably because he is artsy and edgy and wanted the controversy. Jay-Z did not create it. Agreed that it's offensive to Christians, but as an interlude with gibberish, it wasn't meant as a song to be listened to repeatedly or played on the radio. It was meant to cause controversy and probably word of mouth marketing as Danger Mouse was an unknown back then. The preacher should have mentioned that "Brother Jay-Z" didn't record it.
