There's an inflatable, gold "50" in the background of the scene. This video is obviously from an unrelated celebration. Why is Redfoo, from LMFAO, partying with these people?

The name of the dead kid on the AGR roof is Maxwell Yearick. The photo that was first taken of him was sent out to be photoshopped. They manipulated the photo to include Thomas Crooks' distinguishing ear. The "official photo" was then sent back for release 45 minutes later. Photographic experts, who have examined the photo, have confirmed its altered state.
